In a dazzling announcement, Canada’s Drag Race Season 4 is set to sash-eh back into our lives with the release of its star-studded cast. This fierce competition, under the keen guidance of head judge and RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Brooke Lynn Hytes, promises a rollercoaster of charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent.

11 new queens hailing from diverse corners of the Great White North will take centre stage in this highly anticipated season. Among the glittering lineup, fans can look forward to the captivating presence of several queens who have already made a name for themselves in the drag world.

Notably, a former finalist from Peppermint’s “Call Me Mother” competition series is poised to strut into the Werk Room, adding an extra layer of star power to the roster. Additionally, a reigning Miss Capital Pride pageant winner and a former guest on Brooke’s talk series “1 Queen, 5 Queers” are set to grace the stage.

Moreover, Season 2 queen Kendall Gender’s drag daughter will make her debut, adding a familial touch to the proceedings. The cast is further enriched by the inclusion of a transmasc performer who embodies a captivating “blend of 2000s bimbo fashion”, apparently.

The excitement doesn’t stop with the queens. Returning panellists Brad Goreski and Traci Melchor will join Queen of the North, Brooke Lynn Hytes, as they meticulously judge the fierce competition over nine electrifying episodes. The season promises iconic challenges, including the highly anticipated Snatch Game, a sensational Rusical, and “new game-changing competition twists”, as announced in a press release.

For Canadian viewers, the drag racing action will premiere on Crave on November 16. For fans in the United States and the rest of the world, the premiere of Canada’s Drag Race Season 4 is also set for November 16 on the WOW Presents Plus subscription streaming service, ensuring that American audiences can enjoy the glitter and glamour as it unfolds. Meanwhile, the UK will be able to watch on BBC Three and on BBC iPlayer, much like in previous years, with the season likely to appear on WOW Presents Plus at a later date.

Let the countdown begin as we prepare to be wowed by the extraordinary talents of the following queens.
