Released today, “Better Days” serves as the lead track from Andie Case’s upcoming debut EP, “Show Me Yours, I’ll Show You Mine”, which is set to arrive this September. The single offers listeners an uplifting introduction to the project, capturing themes of perseverance and optimism while reflecting on the journey of moving forward through life’s challenges.

Written by Andie Case, with Stetson Whitworth serving as producer while also contributing acoustic guitar, “Better Days” places her voice front and centre, allowing her emotive delivery to shine throughout. Driven by a steady drum beat and flowing acoustic arrangement, the track leans into a nostalgic ’00s pop-rock sound, with her vocals carrying the weight of the song. As the chorus builds, she fully embraces the emotion, delivering an uplifting sense of release that makes the message feel both personal and widely relatable.

Lyrically, the song reflects on the pain of past struggles and the difficulty of letting go, while ultimately focusing on the strength it takes to move forward. It captures a journey of self-preservation and personal growth, as the protagonist chooses to seek “better days” rather than remain tied to someone unwilling to change, reinforcing a message of resilience and emotional clarity.

Andie Case first rose to prominence through her captivating cover performances online, where she amassed more than 1.4 million YouTube subscribers and over 310 million video views. Her growing popularity has seen her achieve significant milestones, including winning the $1 million grand prize in Usher’s Megastar competition, earning MTV’s Cover of the Year award, breaking into the iTunes Top 100, and touring across Europe and Asia. Not to mention in 2015, her single release “Want to Want Me/I Want You to Want Me Mashup” charted on the Official UK Singles Chart, peaking at Number 24.

However, “Show Me Yours, I’ll Show You Mine” marks a turning point for Andie Case, as she moves beyond covers to deliver her most personal work to date. Blending indie pop with singer-songwriter influences, the EP explores themes of heartbreak, healing, identity, and self-discovery, with each track rooted in her own lived experiences.

Andie Case’s path to this moment has been shaped by resilience. Raised in an unstable environment, she turned to music as both an escape and a form of self-expression. At just 18, she made the decision to leave home and pursue her ambitions in Los Angeles, facing significant struggles along the way, including periods of living out of her car while working to establish herself as an artist. These experiences continue to inform the emotional honesty that defines her music today.

With “Better Days”, this rising singer-songwriter sets the tone for what’s to come, offering a message of hope while embracing vulnerability. The track lays the foundation for a project that promises to be both intimate and universally relatable, inviting listeners to connect more deeply with the stories behind the voice they have come to know.

“Better Days”, by Andie Case, is available to download and stream, right now, across all platforms, while the “Show Me Yours, I’ll Show You Mine” EP is scheduled for release this September.
