The track marks the second single of a new chapter for Becky Hill, arriving alongside the announcement of her third studio album, “REBECCA”, due for release on September 25. Premiered as BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record, “More! More! More!” introduces a bold and unfiltered chapter for Becky Hill, blending high-energy electronic production with sharp, introspective songwriting. Written by Hill, James Hurr, Dan O’Donnell, Karen Poole, and Mike Kintish, and produced by D.O.D and Hurr with MNEK serving as vocal producer, the track captures a restless drive for success, exploring the emotional toll of constantly striving for more while never quite feeling satisfied. At its core, the single reflects both Becky Hill’s personal journey in the music industry and the wider pressures faced in modern life.

Repackaged to the nines, Becky Hill does not disappoint with this release as she builds on the dance-pop sound that has defined her career and twists it into an intense, club-driven pop track made for dancefloors this summer. Catchy and addictive, the song not only reflects the pressures of the music industry but also cuts into a wider, relatable reality, where the phrase “more, more, more” can just as easily come from an employer pushing employees for constant output as it can from the entertainment world itself.

It also reflects how that pressure is often internalised, with expectations to always do more sometimes coming as much from within as from outside forces. Her passionate vocal delivery drives that message home, capturing both frustration and emotional weight in a way that allows listeners to truly connect with what she’s expressing.

Accompanying the release is a striking official music video directed by Joseph Delaney. The visual follows Becky Hill through a relentlessly fast-paced, almost cyclical day, opening with her collapsing into bed at 5:30 a.m. before snapping back into action just hours later at 10 a.m. From there, the video moves through a whirlwind of boardrooms, glam sessions, and stylised, almost robotic choreography, each setting amplifying the sense of pressure and repetition.

Body-cam shots tightly focused on Becky Hill’s face draw the viewer into her emotional extremes, capturing moments of exhaustion, paranoia, and release as the pace around her becomes increasingly chaotic. As the tension escalates deeper into the night, the energy gradually unravels before ultimately returning to where it began, with Hill once again collapsing into bed at 5:30 a.m., reinforcing the exhausting, never-ending cycle at the heart of the concept.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the track, Becky Hill said, “The song is about the push and pull of never being happy, doing too much, but it never feeling enough. Ignoring how I feel and pushing myself in fear of losing the job I love more than anything in the world. It’s satirical and tongue-in-cheek, but still very much rooted in my lived experience. This isn’t an industry dig, more an insight into a creative mind working in music. Nobody’s making me do it, I’m doing this to myself.”

The upcoming album “REBECCA” is described as Becky Hill’s most personal and creatively liberated project to date. Written during a period of deep reflection, the record explores themes of ambition, identity, and self-preservation with a candid and often humorous perspective. It also marks a notable evolution in her sound, incorporating influences from guitar music alongside her established dance and drum & bass roots, resulting in a dynamic and unpredictable sonic landscape. Becky Hill has previewed a number of tracks over the past couple of years while on tour, including “Lost The Plot”, which was performed during her Birmingham show in 2024, offering early insight into the direction of the project.

Describing the album as “curated chaos,” Becky Hill emphasised the importance of creative authenticity throughout the project. “I’ve always wanted to be the people’s artist,” she explained. “But that doesn’t mean having to please everybody all the time. With this album, I needed to be headstrong and make something that fully reflected who I am creatively.”

With over a decade in the industry, Becky Hill has built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading voices in electronic music, combining underground credibility with mainstream success. Her previous album, “Believe Me Now?”, became her highest-charting release, further cementing her status as a powerful and emotionally resonant artist.

Alongside her recorded work, Becky Hill continues to thrive as a live performer. Following a sold-out UK and Ireland arena tour, she is set to take to stages across the summer, headlining and appearing at major festivals and outdoor events, including Creamfields and Poland’s BitterSweet Festival.
