For Ukrainian stylist and fashion expert Galina Denisiuk, 2025 was not defined solely by professional milestones or public recognition, but by profound internal change. Known for her thoughtful approach to style and her growing presence across television and digital platforms, Galina Denisiuk spent the year navigating new creative opportunities while quietly experiencing one of the most meaningful chapters of her personal life. It was a period marked by reflection, growth, and a deep reassessment of what success truly means.
In this candid interview, Galina Denisiuk looks back on a year shaped by balance—between work and motherhood, ambition and stillness, external achievement and inner peace. She opens up about discovering that she is expecting her third child, shares the lessons she learned during moments of vulnerability, and offers insight into how her evolving perspective is influencing both her life and her approach to fashion. From redefining priorities to embracing a slower, more intentional pace, Galina Denisiuk offers an honest and thoughtful reflection on a transformative year.

What kind of year was this for you? Which three words describe it best?
This year felt like an inner journey where new meanings kept revealing themselves. It was about stillness, yet also enormous change. About gratitude—for every day that gave me strength and new opportunities. And about a miracle—because this was the year we found out we were expecting our third child.
If I were to describe it in three words, they would be: rebirth, calm, light.
2025 taught me not to chase external success but to build inner success. It made me more mature than in any previous year. I learned to be honest with myself, to acknowledge my needs, to choose my health, my pace, my family. And that became my true personal growth.
What moment or event was the most special for you this year?
The most special moment was when I saw a positive pregnancy test. It felt as if I stopped breathing for a second. The world paused, and I experienced something deeply sacred.
It wasn’t just the fact of pregnancy—it was an inner certainty that our life was transitioning to a warmer, more tender stage. We already have two wonderful boys who fill our home with laughter, chaos, and affection. But the feeling that another soul is joining our family outweighs any professional achievement.
At the same time, this year was full of other significant moments: my first major live broadcasts, new interviews, collaborations, and invitations to appear as an expert on “Breakfast with 1+1”. I felt myself grow professionally, and I saw that my voice matters. Still, the most meaningful things happened inside my family—and inside me.
Which accomplishment are you most proud of?
This year brought many professional victories, but I am most proud of being able to grow while moving through one of the most delicate periods in a woman’s life.
I expanded my professional opportunities, appeared more frequently in the media, received regular invitations as a fashion expert on television, conducted dozens of interviews and styling consultations—each project strengthening my confidence.
Yet my greatest achievement is balance: despite new professional highs, I remained a present mother, partner, and woman. My boys never felt a lack of attention—if anything, we became even closer. That is the result that matters more than any award.

What did you discover about yourself—as a woman, a mother, and a professional?
This year showed me that a woman can be both gentle and determined at the same time. I realized that strength doesn’t lie in speed but in the ability to pause when needed.
As a mother, I understand that I don’t have to be perfect. My boys are happy not because I do everything flawlessly, but because I love them deeply and stay genuine. We laughed a lot, argued, hugged—and all of that shapes who they are becoming.
As a professional, I saw that my experience truly makes an impact. People began listening to me not just as a stylist but as someone who understands women—their emotions, their self-esteem. That is extremely valuable to me, because style is not about clothing; it is about an inner state.
Were there moments when things were difficult? What helped you regain strength?
There were times when I wanted to simply lie down and not move—especially early in pregnancy, when energy was low, but life kept demanding a fast pace.
It was difficult both physically and emotionally. But this year taught me to be gentle with myself. I allowed myself to nap during the day, postpone tasks, ask for help, and focus only on what was truly necessary.
Walks, quiet music, time with loved ones—and especially my children’s laughter—helped me come back to myself. They have a magical ability to revive me.
And, surprisingly, work also supported me: TV appearances, consultations, and creative fashion projects reminded me that I am moving in the right direction.

Who or what inspired you the most throughout the year?
This year, I was inspired by people. By the women I work with. By mothers who somehow manage the impossible every day. By my team, who are always by my side.
And, of course, by my children. When you watch them grow, you naturally want to become a better version of yourself.
I was also inspired by my professional journey—live broadcasts, media projects, new formats, and interviews. Seeing my expertise resonate with others gave me wings and strengthened my belief that I am in the right place.
What is the main lesson you are taking with you into the new year?
The biggest lesson is not to run where your heart isn’t leading you.
And another one: life always knows when it’s the right moment to bring you a miracle. You just need to stop controlling every little thing and allow yourself to trust the process.
This year taught me patience, softness, and the beauty of slowing down. I learned that inner peace is a choice—one that changes everything around you.

What plans and dreams are you setting for yourself for the next year? What do you want to achieve first?
My main plan is simple and the most important—to have a calm pregnancy and welcome a healthy baby into our family. That is dream number one.
Beyond that, I want to continue developing my expertise in media, work on new educational projects for women, and create content that helps them feel more confident in their style and themselves.
I also dream of traveling more with my children, showing them the world, and building a life where everyday moments feel warm, meaningful, and joyful.
When it comes to fashion, what trends should we let go of, what should we keep, and what should we pay attention to in the coming year?
I believe it’s time to let go of the rush to follow every trend. Fashion is no longer about chasing hype—it’s about awareness. So I would leave behind excess, artificiality, and the desire to “look like everyone else”.
What we should keep is quality, simplicity, and clean silhouettes. Natural fabrics, timeless pieces, well-fitted jeans, good outerwear, classic knitwear—items that form the foundation of a stable, elegant wardrobe.
What we should add: thoughtful accents. Scarves, meaningful jewelry, interesting textures, structured bags—details that enrich the look without overpowering it.
But the most important thing is to focus on what makes you feel alive. Fashion should highlight your personality, your energy, your mood. When a woman dresses in harmony with her inner self, that is always the most modern, powerful style.
