They previously teased the release of this song at South London’s Mighty Hoopla festival, where JoJo surprised everyone by inviting this UK R&B and Grime act on stage during her set. This acts as the official follow-up to Craig David’s previous single “Wake Up”, which is the fourth single from his forthcoming album titled “Commitments”; and the follow-up to JoJo’s feature on Chloe Flower’s single “The Very Thought of You”.
Written by Craig David, Mike Brainchild, and Negin Djafari, whilst it has been produced by Mike Brainchild, “In It With You” is a heartfelt R&B ballad layered with love and raw emotion. Craig David delivers his signature smooth vocals from the very first note, effortlessly drawing listeners in. The track reaches new heights in the chorus, where he harmonises flawlessly with JoJo, while her vocal performance is nothing short of stunning, adding depth and soul to the collaboration.

Shot primarily in London’s Weaver’s Fields Park, the visual also features scenes at Holy Shot Coffee, a picturesque park with Big Ben in the distance (likely St James’s Park), the back of a London taxi, and a charming rooftop overlooking the city skyline.
Mainly a narrative visual with complementary performance-style scenes, we watch Craig David and JoJo spend time together on what looks to be a date. It opens with Craig David sitting on a park bench holding flowers, but JoJo is running late. She then exits a taxi in a hurry and accidentally leaves her phone behind—definitely not off to the best of starts.
After waiting, he leaves the flowers on the bench and walks off. Moments later, JoJo arrives, finds the flowers, but no date. As she’s leaving the park, her taxi pulls up alongside her and returns her phone. She calls him, and they reconnect. From there, the video shows the pair walking through the streets, chatting outside Holy Shot Coffee, and singing together in the park, soulfully hitting those harmonies.
The video wraps up with an alluring rooftop scene, full of cute chemistry and making for the perfect end to their date. We also have to talk about the fashion, as they are both bringing double denim to the table. Craig David sports a classic blue denim jacket over a white top, paired with matching jeans and white trainers. JoJo, meanwhile, stuns in a black bra layered under an oversized grey tie-dye denim overshirt, styled with matching flared jeans and white strap heels.
