In an exciting musical collaboration, global pop sensation aespa has teamed up with the talented RAYE to create a sizzling remix of their hit English single, “Better Things”, under the Warner Records label. This acts as the follow-up to the Tropkillaz remix of aespa’s single “Better Things” and the Ronnie Pacitti remix of RAYE’s collaboration with cassö and D-Block Europe title “Prada”.

Since its release in August, “Better Things” has taken the music scene by storm, captivating audiences with its catchy lyrics and impressive choreography. This remix adds an extra layer of girl power to the track, seamlessly integrating RAYE’s fierce rap verse with aespa’s shimmering vocals.
The original acts as the girl group’s first original English single and was written and produced by Leroy Clampitt and Rachel Keen, the latter being RAYE’s real name, so it’s not a surprise to see them collaborate on a remix of the track. While the original keys into their light K-pop aesthetic, this remix invites more rhythmic drums with deep keys which sides more along RAYE’s R&B vibes. RAYE’s rap flows brilliantly into the track and only boosts the addictiveness of the song overall – we’ll have “Better Things” in our heads all day!

Fans will soon have the opportunity to own a limited-edition physical single of “Better Things”. Starting October 27, it will be available for purchase exclusively from the US Official aespa Online Store. The single includes the original version, special remixes, variations in tempo, and an instrumental version. Pre-orders are currently open for original versions of the single on the official US store, which can be purchased here.
The “Better Things (RAYE Remix)” release follows aespa’s third mini-album, “MY WORLD”, which debuted at the top spot on Billboard’s Album Sales Chart. The album treated fans to a collection of addictive tracks, including “Spicy”, “‘Til We Meet Again”, and “Welcome To MY World” which featured nævis. Notably, aespa made history as the first K-Pop group to perform at both the Governors Ball Festival in New York and the Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco.
