Fair Play: A Concert for Justice 2025 is set to return this September, bringing together a powerhouse lineup of artists for a night where music meets activism. Taking place on September 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM at The Cutting Room in Manhattan, the event will raise funds and awareness for Her Justice, a nonprofit providing free legal services to women living in poverty across New York City.
Hosted by Q104 rock radio favourite Maria Milito, Fair Play: A Concert for Justice 2025 blends performance with purpose. Known for her voice on the airwaves and her commitment to social causes, Milito will emcee the event, guiding audiences through a night of music with meaning.
The 2025 concert will feature a genre-spanning list of performers, including Tito Puente, Jr., Annie Minogue Band, Tammy Faye Starlite, James Maddock with Shawn Pelton, The Violet Mine, Steve Conte, and Brandi & the Alexanders. All acts are donating their talents to support Her Justice’s work in helping women, especially mothers and survivors of domestic violence, secure safety, autonomy, and representation through the civil court system.
Since launching in 2019, Fair Play: A Concert for Justice has built a legacy of impact. Following a successful 2020 edition that supported the Bronx Immigration Partnership, the 2025 event marks a much-anticipated return after a brief hiatus. With each edition, the concert proves how art can be a force for social change.
“Just as music is the universal language, Fair Play 2025 hopes to utilize these amazing artists’ talents to bring justice to a universal community, which is needed now more than ever,” said event organisers Meredith & Annie Minogue.
Funds raised at Fair Play: A Concert for Justice 2025 will support Her Justice’s mission of building a fairer legal system. In the last year alone, the organisation mentored 1,484 volunteer attorneys, who served 3,698 women and children, donating a combined 49,511 hours of legal support, valued at over $45 million. Alongside direct services, Her Justice is leading over 40 ongoing policy initiatives to create lasting change in the civil justice landscape.
Set against the iconic backdrop of The Cutting Room, one of Manhattan’s most legendary live music venues, Fair Play: A Concert for Justice 2025 offers the chance to experience incredible performances while directly supporting women and families seeking justice and hope.
