New York native and rising country-pop artist Brooke Moriber has just released her highly anticipated new EP, “All Heart”. The EP features a collection of her most recent singles, including “So Do I” and “More Love“. Notably, the release also includes a stripped-down, acoustic version of her hit single “Half a Heart“, offering fans a fresh and intimate take on the powerful track. This officially acts as the follow-up to “So Do I“.
Bringing all four tracks together into one solid EP, Moriber shines throughout. Showcasing her superb vocals, incredible songwriting, and her natural musical ability, she effortlessly proves that she not only belongs in the music industry but is a rising country sensation that we all need to keep our eyes on.
The addition of the acoustic version of “Half a Heart” takes the song to the next level by stripping it completely back and toning down the backing track to allow her sweet vocals to take the spotlight. Unleashing all her love with her emotive lyrics and the hypnotic tone of the piano chords that accompany this acoustic version, Moriber puts her all into this tenfold (actually, we should say elevenfold), and we feel every single word. She then impresses towards the end with flawless vocal runs that send chills through us all—this is the reason she’s a rising star, a voice like that deserves global critical acclaim.
Brooke Moriber’s unconventional journey from Broadway performer to rising country music star began when she turned to songwriting during a challenging battle with a rare eye disease that nearly took her eyesight. After the disease went into remission, she travelled to Nashville, where her emotionally resonant songs gained attention, leading to the release of her debut single “Cry Like a Girl” in 2019. Since then, she has signed with Nashville’s Reviver Records and earned praise for tracks like “Half a Heart”, which have been featured on major playlists and platforms, solidifying her reputation as a powerhouse country music artist.
Beyond performing, Moriber remains deeply involved in the creative process, collaborating with some of the industry’s top writers and producers. Her recent work includes projects with Todd Lombardo, Craig Alvin, Karen Kosowski, David Pittenger, and Sol Philcox Littlefield. She is also preparing for an exciting upcoming studio collaboration with Emily Shackelton and Claire Wyndham as a trio.
With the release of “All Heart”, Brooke Moriber continues to cement her place as a rising star in the country music scene, bringing both emotional depth and a unique perspective to her work. Fans can download and stream the EP, including the newly released acoustic version of “Half a Heart”, on all major platforms, via Reviver Records.
