Ariana Grande’s reign atop the UK Official Albums Chart continues for a second consecutive week with her latest album, “eternal sunshine”. The pop sensation’s seventh studio album has firmly held its position at Number 1, further solidifying her status as a chart-topping powerhouse in the music industry.

Claiming the top spot, last week, marked a significant milestone for Grande, as “eternal sunshine” became her fifth album to reach the summit of the UK charts. Joining the ranks of her previous chart-toppers—2016’s “Dangerous Woman”, 2018’s “Sweetener”, 2019’s “thank u, next”, and 2020’s “Positions”—the album’s success underscores Grande’s enduring appeal and consistent dominance in the music scene.

Meanwhile, Texan country star Kacey Musgraves enters the charts with a bang, as her latest offering, “Deeper Well”, makes an impressive debut at Number 3. This milestone represents a career-best for Musgraves, whose previous albums have also enjoyed success on the UK Official Albums Chart.

“Deeper Well” not only secures Number 3 on the UK Official Albums Chart but it also managed to top the Official Vinyl Albums Chart as well as managing to claim the UK Number 1 spot on the Official Record Store Chart, indicating its popularity among UK independent record shops.

In addition to Grande and Musgraves, other notable entries on this week’s chart include Justin Timberlake’s “Everything I Thought I Was” charting at Number 5, which marks his sixth solo Top 5 album, and Caity Baser’s “Still Learning”, earning her a debut Top 10 placement, managing to chart at Number 7.

Furthermore, emerging talent shines bright as Manchester-born rapper Nemzzz makes his first-ever appearance on the Official Albums Chart with his debut LP, “DO NOT DISTURB”, debuting at Number 17.

Lastly, The Black Crowes make their presence felt with “Happiness Bastards”, earning them their eighth Top 40 record, charting at Number 31. The Atlanta-formed rock outfit’s latest release adds to their impressive discography, showcasing their enduring appeal and continued relevance in the music landscape.

As Ariana Grande basks in the “eternal sunshine” of her continued chart success, these latest chart entries demonstrate the diverse range of talent and musical offerings captivating audiences across the UK. Can she reign supreme for a third week?
